ENGINEERING COURSE : B.TECH DEGREE

  • Eligibility: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology / Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship.(Any of the three) Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

  • Procedure : Admission can be taken through securing merit ranks in WBJEE ( West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination ) & JEE (Mains).

ENGINEERING COURSE (LATERAL ENTRY) : B.TECH DEGREE

Admission through Lateral Entry to the 2nd year (3rd semester level) of the undergraduate degree courses.

  • Eligibility: The candidate seeking admission to the 2nd year B-Tech Degree Course in our College should either pass diploma course in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy from any AICTE recognised Polytechnic/Institute with at least overall 60% marks or have passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject and Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from U.G.C. approved Universities with at least 60% marks.
  • Procedure : Admission can be taken by appearing and qualifying in the Written Test - JELET which will be conducted by the "West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board".
  • Application & Counselling : Important information regarding Application and Counselling will be available in the board
